מפגש משותף להנהלת המתנ"ס עם  נציג/ה ממחלקת הנהלות ומסבירן/ית מתכנית עמיתים לזכויות או משתתף/ת של עמיתים לבוגרים (ביישובים בהם פועלת תכנית עמיתים לבוגרים וישנו רכז/ת עמיתים לבוגרים), לשיח משותף בנושא קידום השתלבות נציגי אוכלוסיות מיוחדות ומגוונות במוקדי קבלת החלטות במרכז הקהילתי. יחד נבדוק כיצד הקהילה שלנו יכולה להפוך ליותר מכלילה, פתוחה להון אנושי, כך שכל אחד יכול לתרום, להרגיש משמעותי ושייך.
