עיבוד חדש , מוסיקלי ומרהיב לסיפורה הידוע של לאה גולדברג . הסיפור על דיירי מגדל ( "בעמק יפה בין כרמים ושדות …") בן 5 קומות , המבקשים למצוא דייר חדש לבניין, במקום מר עכבר שעזב …לבניין מגיעים דיירים שונים בינהם : נמלה , ארנבת , חזיר זמיר ויונה . מי ישכור את הדירה ? ההצגה על יחסי שכנות טובה , עזרה לזולת וחברות אמת. ההצגה שזורת  דמויות ססגוניות , מרתקת מסוגננת ומפתיעה !
