במה לאנשים עם מוגבלויות לספר חוויות אישיות בתחומים שונים כמו יזמות, כישרון ייחודי בתחום האומנויות, תחום עיסוק וכו' (לא בהכרח המגבלה).

מחליטים על פלטפורמה (וירטואלית או פיזית).
בוחרים נושא מאגד וממותג.
מוציאים קול קורא ומאתרים אנשים בעלי מגבלה בהתאם לנושא עם עדיפות לתושבי המקום
מכינים את האנשים הנבחרים לשאלות ותגובות מהקהל
שידור האירוע בזום או באופן פרונטלי בקפסולות.
(יזמות, כישרון ייחודי בתחום האומנויות, תחום עיסוק וכו')  ועל היחוד שלהם (לא בהכרח המגבלה).
